Rebeca Spiegel (she/her) works as a full time assistant editor and as a freelance digital illustrator. She moved from Brazil to study film at Capilano University. Since then, she’s worked in many different genres and styles, brainstorming creative solutions in post-production, art department, and stop-motion animation. As a writer and director, her work is inspired by magical realist films such as Pan’s Labyrinth, Edward Scissorhands, Big Fish, and Amelie.
